Personal Profile

 

My Thomas International personality analysis indicates that I am a systematic, steady and precise individual with good follow-through skills. I can consistently work within a specialist or technical role with high levels of standards and performance. Achieving tasks well within a team framework, seeing a job through to conclusion and meeting deadlines required in a pressurised environment. Extensive skills in analysis, design and support enabled me to solve problems and negotiate solutions quickly and accurately.

 

Employment

 

I am currently seeking new opportunities within my skill set.

 

Having recently worked with a number of businesses to gain experience.

These roles have included Software Support Consultant, IT Technician and Graduate Systems Analyst.

The role involves helping and assisting clients with Software or hardware issues, Change Requests for applications or support for current implementations.

 

Previously, I was employed within a Service Support role for a large FM provider.

The role involved catering to homeowner's and tenant's emergency repair issues using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

 

Before this, my role was as a Business Support Advisor for a (different) FM provider, supporting business client’s repair and maintenance

needs using CAFM Explorer. I was also in the position of being first contact for out-of-hours support within the business.

 

Prior to this, I was working within the role of Customer Support Agent for a motor vehicle supplier.

This position involved being first point of contact for vehicular sales enquiries, warranty complaint handling, booking of test drives and

literature mailing.

 

Prior to this, I worked for a large corporate bank with a head office in London.

My role would change within the time I was with the business. I was working as a Software Analyst and Regression Tester on internal software upgrades, as Technical Support Agent for personal Internet Banking users, a Chargeback Analyst for personal accounts and credit cards and Customer Accounts Manager for credit card and retail loan accounts.
